Suited Up for Fall
With fall in full swing, I have started to transition my wardrobe. Lately it’s been a mix of warmer days and cool mornings and evenings making dressing for the weather somewhat of a challenge. Suits are perfect to keep warm in the mornings and evenings, while also keeping cool during the day especially ankle length pants like the ones I’m wearing. I also like that with suits, the pieces can be worn as separates, enabling multi-functional use for them.
My suit is fall appropriate given its rust color and thick but not too heavy material. During the fall I like to incorporate fall colors into my wardrobe and this suit does just that. Since it’s simple, I chose to accessorize it with bold accessories like my leopard print pumps and jewelry. To bring out the black in the pumps and to provide a darker contrast to the suit I wore a black camisole. The tote tops off the look with colors in it found in the suit and the pumps.
Given their ability to be worn comfortably for the rapid changes in weather this time of year, suits are definitely a wardrobe staple that help one to suit up for fall.
