Cozy Yet Chic for the Holidays
Whenever I think holiday outfits for gatherings with family, I think of something comfortable yet stylish. With Thanksgiving coming up and Christmas right around the corner, it’s only appropriate to show a look that is cozy yet chic. This look is stylish enough to make a sophisticated statement for the holidays, yet conducive to getting relaxed, especially after a big meal.
The jeans and sweater combo make this outfit cozy yet seasonably appropriate and chic for the holidays. The sweater is one of my fav kinds of sweaters to wear during the colder weather months, a sleek turtleneck. They’re warm, figure-hugging, and versatile as they go with many different clothing items. Unlike some sweaters, the fitted turtleneck doesn’t come across looking baggy and frumpy. I paired it with comfortable and stretchy high waisted flared jeans. Stretchy is very important for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Lastly, to enhance the outfit I’m wearing beige booties, carrying a beige handbag, gold earring and a gold and beige bling belt.
